Realities of autumn, drab sometimes once the colours hve gone and bleakness rains on us...I think I'll stay in bed until Christmas :D or the first real snowfall.
ReplyDeleteHa! I'd never be able to get up here! It doesn't snow often in our valley ... which has its advantages of course ... but those endless days of rain... sigh.
DeletePhew that sounds like a long winter to look forward to - a nice haiku and a less nice weather forecast all in one...
ReplyDeleteSunny Italy in the winter is not sunny at least up here in the North. Some places like Aosta and Bolzan get snow but even they have been getting less snow as the climates warmed up ... In my valley we have a large lake that tempers our weather so we get lots and lots of rain ... but one can't complain when one thinks of the tons of snow that other places get :-/
