For today's kigo at Carpe Diem Haiku Kai ... I'll reflect on fallen leaves with a 5-7-5 haiku and a photo taken yesterday whilst walking in the woods:
among the fallen leaves

new life in autumn

I love your photo and ku...I've noticed new blossoms too among the dying sisters
ReplyDeleteIsn't it so cool ... I love the autumn bloomings ... in the middle of all the decay ... life triumphs! ;-)
DeleteI can tell that you delight in finding those unexpected little signs of life here and there.

Quite right you are .. I've always been fascinated how life pops up no matter what the season. One of my favorites is what we call Buca Neve ... (I think they're snow drops in English) they blossom in late winter among the snow.
DeleteOh how beautiful! What a find!
ReplyDeleteIn the past couple of days I've been a lot in the woods ... they're popping up everywhere! Such a beautiful sight!
